AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. Announces Some of its New Hires in the Tampa Office

LEHIGH ACRES, FL (June 1, 2007) AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. (AIM) has broken ground for its new $10 million, 60,000-square-foot headquarters building located at 3650 Colonial Court in Fort Myers, Florida.  “We are excited to be moving forward with construction on our new corporate headquarters building. This modern new facility will fill the need for additional work space dictated by the rapid growth and development of AIM,” said Jerron Hull, chief operating officer of AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc., during the groundbreaking attended by company officials and local dignitaries.
 
According to Hull, the four-story block building located on a 3.8-acre tract in the southeast quadrant of the Interstate 75/Colonial Boulevard Interchange is scheduled for completion early in 2008. AIM will occupy the entire fourth floor and part of the first floor, with the remainder available for lease.
 
Hull noted that all executives and other associates now housed in buildings at AIM’s existing headquarters complex at 5300 Lee Boulevard in Lehigh Acres will be relocated to the new facility upon completion.
 
The general contractor for the $10 million project is Owen, Ames, Kimball of  Ft. Myers. The building was designed by Architecture, Inc., also of Ft. Myers. Other key building team members are Abel Consulting Engineers of Gaithersburg, MD, structural engineer; JALWR Engineering of Miami, FL, MEP engineer; and David Jones Associates of Ft. Myers, landscape engineer. Colliers Arnold Realty of Ft. Myers is the leasing agent.
